Nothing like a trip to the Golden Gate Bridge the day after Thanksgiving to start the holidays off right. My children and grandchildren enjoyed a stroll across the famous span.

And then it was time to put of the tree. The Doctor Flamingo side of me takes over every year and my pink feathered friends enjoy their moment in the spotlight atop a glittering palm tree.

And, of course, a couple of closeups to soothe their feathered egos.
